UNIBOOTS.COM wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it.

You can return the items for up to 7 days from the date you receive it.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.

We will not pay for any customs fees.

It is the BUYERS responsibilty to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate laws. if customs should confiscate or return a package to us. the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. UNIBOOTS is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Packages that are delivered to an incorrect and/or old address that is not returned, unfortunately, will not be exchanged. Please double check your address. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours and we’ll get things fixed.

If there is damage from shipping there is anything wrong with your product be sure to snap some photos and message them to us. We’ll get things sorted for you as quickly as possible.
