• All orders will receive a confirmation email once shipped.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled on the following Monday, or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
• For any lost or damage parcels please contact us immediately so we can issue a claim and get a new order processed.
International orders will be treated the same way as the domestic orders. The estimated time of delivery is between 7-12 days upon receiving the tracking number.
If for any reason you need to cancel an order please contact us via contact form as soon as possible.
